Email support
Contact support@airapvideohub.com for account, order, technical or privacy requests. Include the order number or task reference when relevant. Do not send passwords, full card details or private media links.
Report content or appeal a decision
Report content by email to support@airapvideohub.com. Identify the category (sexual/NSFW, violence/gore, hate, child safety/CSAM, non-consensual intimate content, or other abuse), the task ID or a safe page URL, a brief description and contact details for follow-up. Do not attach illegal content or send passwords, full card details or private signed media URLs. For suspected child abuse, describe the concern without downloading, copying or redistributing the material.
We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and provide an initial outcome or progress update within 7 business days. Complex cases may take longer; we will explain delays and provide further progress where possible. Child safety, non-consensual intimate content and immediate harm receive priority; applicable legal deadlines take precedence. These are operating targets, not a promise of 24/7 monitoring or a fixed resolution time for every case.
Reports are reviewed manually. Where appropriate, we may ask for safe supporting details, assess the report, take proportionate measures under the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, and inform the reporter or affected user subject to privacy, safety and legal limits. Use the same email address with the subject Enforcement appeal, your reference and reasons to request a manual review. Send your report or appeal to the email address above; we will use your supplied contact details for replies.
Start with the right workflow
Make your first solo AI rap video explains the portrait, sound and model choices. The input checklist covers Solo, Two portraits and Group photo, plus prepared MP3/WAV clips.
Use Original rap for a short topic-based native-audio video on a supported model. Use Use my audio for a prepared, authorized short audio clip. Neither workflow is a full-song timeline or an exact-lyrics editor.
A video is still processing
Open My videos using the account that created the task. It shows the real state and credit charge. Queued or uncertain submission does not mean failure: avoid submitting a duplicate task just because you left the page. Refresh the task history to see the latest state.
A failed task returns reserved credits. Check the charge label beside that task. A completed task offers its private MP4 download when available; download links may expire.
A payment has not been confirmed
Check your orders in the account that placed the order. A checkout return is not proof of payment; credits are added only after the server confirms the real order. A test-mode order is not a production receipt.
Keep the order number, task reference and observed status when investigating a problem. Never share a password, complete card number or private media URL in a public discussion.
Understand the limits
The pricing page shows current configured purchase availability. The refund policy explains failed tasks, completed output and credit packs. The privacy policy describes media access and retention boundaries.
For a support, refund or media-removal request, email support@airapvideohub.com with the relevant account, order or task reference.
